Like a personal trainer, I’ve adopted a coaching model that provides on-going, long-term support for clients to achieve maximum results and success with their proactive health and wellness goals. By meeting with clients on a regular (and convenient) basis I help them assess their progress, reinforce successful practices, and adjust their program to improve results and achieve a healthier lifestyle.
